The District Attorney’s Victim-Witness Assistance Program wants to protect the staff and their families by minimizing the risk from the Coronavirus. The office is following best practices as advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Our daily operations will continue through social distancing. Staff is available to assist victims and witnesses Monday- Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
An order has been issued declaring a statewide judicial emergency. ALL Superior Court Jury Trials and some hearings requiring subpoenaed witnesses have been suspended until further notice. Victims and Witnesses will receive a new a subpoena at a later date. Questions regarding Grand Jury, please call the number listed on your subpoena.
