The District Attorney’s Victim-Witness Assistance Program wants to protect the staff and their families by minimizing the risk from Coronavirus pandemic. The office is following best practices as advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Our daily operations will continue through social distancing. Staff is available to respond for assistance to victims and witnesses.
ALL Superior Court Jury Trials and hearings requiring subpoenaed witnesses have been suspended for the weeks of (March 16, 23, 30 and April 6, 2020). Victims and Witnesses will receive a new a subpoena at a later date. If you have questions, please call the advocate listed on your subpoena.

Due to the threat of COVID-19, an order has been issued declaring a statewide judicial emergency. For the protection of court staff and those who would be required to attend court, all State Court dockets have been vacated through Friday, May 1, 2020.
