The District Attorney’s Victim-Witness Assistance Program wants to protect the staff and their families by minimizing the risk from Coronavirus pandemic. The office is following best practices as advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Our daily operations will continue through social distancing. Staff is available to assist victims and witnesses Monday - Friday by telephone (912-652-7329).
ALL Superior Court Jury Trials and hearings requiring subpoenaed witnesses have been suspended until further notice. Victims and Witnesses will receive a new a subpoena at a later date. If you have questions, please call the advocate listed on your subpoena.
